What we did

ABN AMRO serves retail, private and corporate banking clients with a primary focus on the Netherlands and with selective operations internationally. In the Netherlands, clients are offered a comprehensive and full range of products and services through omni-channel distribution including advanced mobile application and internet banking. Internationally, they are active in areas in which they have substantial expertise.

ABN AMRO came to their newly-appointed internal comms agency, BPI | ROK to devise a campaign to bring to life the theme of ‘reliable and responsible banking’, a new internally-facing change programme within its global private banking division.

BPI | ROK took the client’s idea of ‘addressing the elephant in the room’, which sat at the heart of their initiative to bring to life the theme of taking responsibility, and created an identity and look and feel which worked seamlessly alongside the corporate identity.

This was then flowed across a suite of material: guidebook for internal facilitators, impactful A3 newsletter, stationery, bespoke USB stick, PowerPoint template and giveaways – all wrapped up in a bespoke ceremonial box.
