Integrated Campaign – Festive

1973 – The year Browns Bar and Brasserie was born… and ever since they have been serving delicious food and refreshing drinks, in beautiful surroundings with superb service. Their customers know them as a high-class restaurant where they can celebrate any occasion in style.

Christmas time at Browns is a huge occasion and their customers are never disappointed by the menu, service or atmosphere. This is where the idea “Christmas time is Browns time” stemmed from.

The Browns clock is a recognisable part of their identity; therefore we decided to incorporate the clocks design throughout their Festive campaign, whilst adding a flair of Festive cheer.

We proposed that Browns introduce a compact menu pack, which could hold all of the menu options, ranging from the Festive menu to New Year’s Eve menu.  Each menu had a tailored caption, which played on the clock element of the menu design. This menu pack was also used as table talkers and take-away menus to entice customers to book.

The Festive campaign for 2015 ran through their digital and point of sale activity and resulted in a successful Festive period and all 27 restaurants were fully booked for both Christmas day and New Year’s Eve.
